With extensive experience in working with both donor families and donation partners, Emily understands the needs of everyone involved in the eye and tissue donation process and has used her knowledge to help develop best practices.

Because we are focused on your specific needs, Amber trains all staff according to your standard operating procedures and your policies.

Nancy Gause, Senior Family Services Coordinator
Nancy mentors all new and current family services coordinators and audits approach calls on a monthly basis to monitor quality.

Reese O’Brien, Donor Services Quality Coordinator
Reese oversees the daily referral review for all clients and coordinates monthly internal client-specific audits and monthly client dashboards.
