One of the best ways to tell others about donation is to share your story of receiving the "gift of sight." By hearing of your first-hand experience, others can truly see the importance of donation.

There are always opportunities for cornea recipients to share their stories with others at events sponsored by the Heartland Lions Eye Banks. Some of these events include: Lions Clubs meetings and conferences, HLEB fundraising events, and memorial events for National Eye Donor Month and Donate Life Month.
