Lions Involvement
There are many ways in which Lions Clubs can become active in encouraging donation within their communities and assist the Heartland Lions Eye Banks in its mission.

Here are some ideas for how your Lions Club can become help the Heartland Lions Eye Banks:

  • Sponsor a donor card drive in your community. Contact the Heartland Lions Eye Banks to receive donor cards or print them from a PDF here.
  • Contact the Heartland Lions Eye Banks to request a speaker for a program meeting to learn more about our mission.
  • Hold a special fundraising activity and donate the proceeds to the eye bank and Missouri Lions Eye Research Foundation.
  • Have your Club volunteer at one of the Foundation's several fundraising triathlons.
  • Sign up to become a Virtual Ambassador to your Lions Club and receive montly news from the Heartland Lions Eye Banks and Missouri Lions Eye Research Foundation.
