Each year, the eye, tissue and organ banking communities honor special months and days dedicated to donors, donor families and recipients. During the 2010 calendar year, Heartland Lions Eye Banks will join the rest of the eye banking community in honoring the following national donor events:

National Eye Donor Month - March 2010
National Donate Life Month - April 2010
National Donor Sabbath - November 2010
