Shelly Rasley
Shelly has worked for the Heartland Lions Eye Banks since 1998 when she began as a technician. She was promoted to Branch Manager of the Springfield, Mo. office in 1999, and in 2008, became the Eye Bank's Quality Improvement Manager.

In her role, Shelly is responsible for monitoring the Eye Bank's compliance with eye banking standards and federal regulations through a series of internal audits. She oversees quality assurance event reporting, root cause analysis processing, and the trending and tracking of departures and errors. To help ensure all Eye Bank technicians adhere to compliance guidelines, Shelly also contributes to the development of quality training programs.

Shelly is a Certified Eye Bank Technician and a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant. She graduated from Drury University with her Bachelor of Science.
