Pamela Simpson
Pam has played a variety of roles at the Eye Bank since joining the call center in 1999. Over the years, she served the Foundation as an Eye Bank technician, a Technical Coordinator and an Eye Bank Designated Staff Trainer.  Today, Pam is the Springfield, Mo. branch manager, overseeing the training program, charting clearing staff and managing the daily operations of the office.

Pam received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Missouri State University (formerly Southwest Missouri State University). She is an ABO-certified optician and has been a Certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT) since 2006.

In her free time, Pam enjoys traveling, fishing and Cardinals baseball (both St. Louis and Springfield)!
